Booking and Scheduling

Confirmation
Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the scheduled service date, time, and any specific requirements.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or the forfeiture of deposit amounts.
Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered must be made in accordance with the following terms:
- Pricing: Prices for services are outlined in our service catalog and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
- Invoices: Clients will receive an invoice upon completion of services, detailing the work performed and the corresponding charges.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per month.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of services. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service without penalty.
- cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in the full service fee being charged.
In the event of a cancellation by Gardening Coney Hall, clients will be notified promptly and offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Liability
Gardening Coney Hall strives to provide high-quality services; however, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services beyond the stipulated scope. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Damage to existing plants or structures if not explicitly covered in the service agreement.
- Natural occurrences such as pest infestations or adverse weather conditions.
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from the performance of our services.
Clients are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing conditions or specific requirements to mitigate potential issues.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by Gardening Coney Hall, including written materials, designs, and images, are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content is prohibited without explicit consent.
